Get in shape “Hyper Valley” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body. From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. Clients will work to improve cardiovascular stamina, core strength, & flexibility.
Class description- hyper zone is a fun innovate high intensity cardio class. Hyperzone will challenge your muscular endurance and transforms your body from head to toe. Through the use of cardio interval training, Functional training moves and sports endurance conditioning get ready to sweat, breath hard and get super fit. Get out of your regular routine and into your next level of greatness.
HYPER VALLEY 101
The name says it all. Join us for a class focusing on the basics of your ‘old school’ PE class. Remember practicing skills? Laps? Relays? Sprints? Push Ups? They all here in one class – better than ever. In addition, it offers body weight exercises, cardio, functional movement, stretches and maybe even a little competition. Join us for this unique and results driven class that will bring you back to your PE days … in a good way.

Founder and CEO
True sweat junkie, work out warrior and self-proclaimed cardio freak. Terrance is a relentless motivator with years of experience. Terrance is a retired professional athlete who was blessed with the opportunity to travel the world and learn training techniques and work outs that are fun and produce rapid results.
Terrance is the owner of Hyper Valley Training located in Arizona. Hyper Valley Training offers specialized classes that challenge clients with extensive cardio intervals, partner and group work outs, functional training moves, and strength exercises.
Having started Hyper Valley Training with no gym or equipment simply a ton of ideas and knowledge, Terrance has worked the elements and utilized the resources he did have which were the people. By working countless hours with the support around him, and finding ways to gain maximum buy in, motivation and competition with his clients he developed a style and formula that will get clients into peak shape along with encouraging clients to enjoy their work outs with the goal to make fitness a priority in their lifestyle.
When Terrance Green is not training clients or working with at risk youth, you can find him hiking the desert mountains, running with his dog, shooting hoops or enjoying his favorite frozen yogurt place in the valley.
